1- The extrusion coating machine is the common point of producing envelopes and tablecloths.

The production of laminated envelopes that are resistant to water and heat penetration and sometimes even to tearing (such as metallized envelopes) requires an extrusion coating station, in which polyethylene is coated on paper, so the paper is laminated and used in the production of envelopes.

Since paper and nonwoven tablecloths must also be resistant to water and moisture, the similar process in their production is tissue coating and paper coating with an extrusion coating machine.

2- Cardboard bobbins or tubes are used in tablecloth production.

At the beginning of tablecloth production, bobbins were purchased from sources outside the company, but due to the lack of hygiene principles by the manufacturers and with the goal of obtaining the Health Apple label in tablecloth production, all the necessary machinery for bobbin production was designed and manufactured in the company. Initially, bobbins were produced for domestic consumption, but eventually, due to their high quality, they were noticed by customers, and supply to other buyers was also on the company’s agenda.

3- What is the reason for entering cardboard production?

Tableware packaging and sometimes other product packaging using cardboard, the use of corrugated cardboard in packaging envelopes, the demand for producing quality cardboard alongside producing quality envelopes, and many other reasons led to the launch of cardboard production at Habab Iman Company (Haiko Pack).

4- Plastic injection products:

Security seals for barrels, envelopes and bags have been a by-product of production alongside safe bubble envelopes. The production of custom products based on customer needs has been added to the company’s products in recent years. In addition to custom products, some packaging-related items have also been included in the production program. Among these products are plastic corners, strapping and plastic carton handles, which have recently been added to the company’s product group.

5- Machine building:

As previously mentioned, except for general machinery and tools, most of the machines located in the premises of Habab Ayman Company have been designed and manufactured based on the technical knowledge of employees and managers.

Obtaining orders to build production lines for various types of envelopes, bobbins, and cardboard tubes, optimizing cardboard production machinery, manufacturing plastic injection molds, and other engineering and technical services to other manufacturers are also among the company’s strategic actions this year.

Bubble envelopes: These types of envelopes are made up of three layers of paper, polyethylene material, and a layer of bubble plastic. The important features of this envelope are its shockproof, resistance, and moisture-proof properties, and it is suitable for all types of shock-sensitive parts such as electronic parts or high-volume books. .                                                                                                                        Black nylon envelopes: These types of envelopes are made of three layers of paper, polyethylene material, and a layer of black nylon. An important feature of this envelope is its high resistance to tearing and moisture. Due to the presence of a polyethylene layer, these types of envelopes are more resistant to tearing and possible damage than envelopes without polyethylene (laminate). The black laminated type also has a higher security aspect than the white type because of the black laminate used in it, and the inside is not visible.
Nylon envelopes include flyer and white pearl envelopes. These types of envelopes have a nylon body. They are resistant to tearing and damage and are suitable for sending bulky orders such as clothing. In addition to being resistant to tearing, white pearl envelopes are also resistant to all kinds of impacts and damage.
