Bubble mailers are designed to provide superior protection for products during shipping. The bubble film lining inside the envelope absorbs impact and pressure, helping protect the contents from damage in transit.

When laminated paper is used in the envelope construction, the product also offers enhanced resistance to moisture and tearing, improving its overall durability.

The envelope flap is sealed with high-quality hot-melt adhesive, ensuring a strong, permanent closure and maximum security for the contents. The side seams are automatically heat-sealed for exceptional strength and reliability. The internal bubble film is manufactured from virgin (non-recycled) polyethylene, meeting health and safety standards for packaging applications.

Manufacturing Options

Fully Automatic Production

The envelope is manufactured using fully automatic equipment.
Side seams are precisely heat-sealed with optimized sealing width, providing excellent strength and durability.
This production method offers superior product consistency and protective performance.

Semi-Automatic Production

Three sides of the envelope are sealed with wider seams, resulting in a smaller internal capacity.
These envelopes are not produced with laminated paper.
Compared with fully automatic production, they offer lower durability and reduced overall performance.
