The side seams are automatically heat-sealed to provide outstanding strength and reliability. The internal laminate is made from virgin (non-recycled) polyethylene, which complies with health and safety standards for packaging applications.

For certain custom-made products, the envelope is manufactured without a flap, and the top edge is sealed directly after filling.

Available Laminate Options

Depending on the application, different laminate materials can be used instead of the standard white laminate:

White Laminate – Provides moisture resistance and improved durability while maintaining a clean appearance.
Black Laminate – Offers a high level of privacy by preventing the contents from being visible through the envelope, with performance similar to black poly mailers.
Metallized Laminate – Provides enhanced strength, moisture resistance, tear resistance, and superior document protection.
